"Segments" is my final thesis installation project that attempts to deconstruct the concept of time using different philosophical and scientific theories.
In this process book, I incorporated into the layout the nuances and characteristics of the theories that are related to and support the thesis.
The first few spreads are my contemplation and ideation process. Therefore, the layouts look like pieces of thoughts and ideas.
Most of the later spreads are research-based. The layouts become more structured.
The content from the time theory is also applied to the shapes and forms of the paragraphs.
Images and illustrations are included to support and/or visualize the theory. How they are numbered is also inspired by scientific research papers.
