I recreated the cover of the book "Crime Scene: On the Street with a Rookie police reporter" by Mitch Gelman and designed some spreads in the book.
I mimicked the look of identity and official documents like birth certificates, crime reports, passports, etc. to demonstrate the crime aspect of the book to create the cover using both digital and analog materials like acrylic paint, ink, and coffee-stained paper.
For the spreads, I aimed to replicate the a script with dialogues since there are a lot of conversations and thoughts included throughout the content of the book.
